The story

What I’ve spent a career doing.

I’ve spent a career building the kind of brand moments people can’t look away from. And the sustainable growth that made them count. Google’s Year In Search. Bard’s UK launch. Digital Garage and a million people trained in digital skills. Search campaigns made during the pandemic. Stories, campaigns, events and launches that moved culture and put real numbers on the board. Trust earned. Pipeline opened. Categories repositioned. Every job, the same job.

The industry kept score. Was the 101st President of WACL. Fellow of The Marketing Society, the IPA, and the Royal Society of Arts. Ten years at Google UK, the last as Senior Director of Brand and Reputation. The titles came because the work landed.

Now I do it for founders, leaders, brands and agencies who are done being the best-kept secret in their category. Unmissable is the advisory. Glittersphere is the community. HERA is the network. Speaking is the voice.

It’s never been a more interesting time to do this work. Trust is harder to earn. AI flooded every feed with sameness. Categories full of brilliant businesses still mistaken for someone smaller. The brands and people who break through aren’t the loudest. They’re the ones with a real point of view, said out loud, in a system that compounds.

What I believe

We forget most things.
Not the moments or people
that made us feel something.

It’s never been harder to be heard.Trust is rare. Every feed looks the same. AI flooded the market with sameness in months.
And the dream hasn’t changed.Financial freedom. Time freedom. Location freedom. The right to build a life around the work, not the other way around.
The people who break through aren’t the loudest, the most prolific, or the most polished. They’re the ones who know what they stand for, say it out loud, and build work people can’t ignore. And they treat AI as an extension of the brain. A tool to work with, not against. Something to embrace, not fear.

That’s the whole game.
It was always the game.
It’s yours to play.

What I’m building now

Four ventures.
One thesis.

Different shapes for different briefs. The job is always the same: make the brilliance impossible to ignore.

Let’s talk

Let’s make something
unmissable.

Whether it’s a keynote, a brand advisory project, a Glittersphere collaboration, or something I haven’t thought of yet.
